Difficulties in the field of <strong>communication <\/strong>and <strong>social interaction <\/strong>significantly affect the success of <strong>neurodivergent people <\/strong>in<strong> job interviews <\/strong>and subsequent communication in the workplace with colleagues and superiors. The <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>WIN <\/strong>project aims to <strong>develop a workplace awareness and mentoring programme<\/strong> to e<strong>mpower employers and employees<\/strong> to provide support to neurodivergent individuals in their time of need. To this end, over the 24-month project period the partnership will cooperate to achieve and develop four main project outcomes: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. A <strong>training programme <\/strong>on neurodivergence in the workplace for adult educators <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. A<strong> tutoring programme <\/strong>targeting employers, HR managers and employees ready to deal with neurodivergent candidates <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. A <strong>mentoring programme <\/strong>to be integrated into the daily practice of those who support neurodivergent individuals in the workplace<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> 4. A<strong> \u201cSkills Matching Web App\u201d<\/strong> aiming to provide a connection between adult educators, employers and people in the neurodivergent spectrum<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The WIN project has goals and results that will be realised by the consortium.
