This initiative aims to create a tool that enhances workplace inclusivity by connecting employers, adult educators and neurodivergent individuals. It will help employers value neurodivergent job seekers based on tailored parameters, improving HR practices and creating more job opportunities. A comparison of existing tools will inform the development of the app and website. The platform will be widely disseminated to employers, leveraging the existing partner networks and trained adult educators.
