This initiative aims to improve the skills of adult educators, trainers and employment support workers through a co-created neurodiversity training and mentoring program. It will help employers create inclusive workplaces with a step-by-step guide for integrating neurodivergent employees and a standard induction plan to improve HR practices. A skills analysis survey will identify needs for inclusive employment. Moreover, the program will be integrated into adult education centers for sustainability.
